Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x (PC)

On the main menu, choose "Tools"

Select "Internet Options..." from the Tools menu

Select the "Security" tab

Click the "Custom Level..." button

Scroll down to "Scripting/Active Scripting"

Click on the "Enable" radio button

Click "OK" to save the change

Click "OK" again to return to Internet Explorer

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x (PC)

On the main menu, choose "Tools"

Select "Internet Options..." from the Tools menu

Select the "Security" tab

Click the "Custom Level..." button

Scroll down to "Scripting/Active Scripting"

Click on the "Enable" radio button

Click "OK" to save the change

Click "OK" again to return to Internet Explorer

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x (PC)

On the main menu, choose "View"

Select "Options..." from the View menu

Select the "Security" tab

Click on the "Custom" radio button

Click the "Settings..." button

Scroll down to "Scripting/Active Scripting"

Click on the "Enable" radio button

Click "OK" to save the change

Click "OK" again to return to Internet Explorer

Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x (PC)

On the main menu, choose "View"

Select "Options..." from the View menu

Click on the "Security" tab

Check the "Run ActiveX Scripts" checkbox

Click "OK" to save the change

Click "OK" once more to return to Internet Explorer

Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x or 4x or 5x (Mac)

On the main menu, choose "Edit"

Select "Preferences..." from the Edit menu

Select "Web Browser"

Select "Web Content"

In the "Active Content" section, check the "Enable Scripting" checkbox

Click "OK" to save the change

Click "OK" once more to return to Internet Explorer

Netscape Communicator 4.x (PC and Mac) and Navigator 6

On the main menu, choose "Edit"

Select "Preferences..." from the Edit menu

Select "Advanced" from the category list

Check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox

Click "OK" to save the change

Netscape Navigator 3.x (PC and Mac)

Choose "Options" on the main menu

Select "Network Preferences..." from the Options menu

Click on the "Languages" tab

Check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox

Click "OK" to save the change
